Aftersales Service Engineer (FJD Trion)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Local Aftersales Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of construction machinery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer questions regarding correct installation, software usage, calibration, operation and repairing via phone contact or in-field support.
  • Sort out common problems from customers and report to the R&D team for analysis and resolution.
  • Collect product feedback and new demands in the market for better product improvement.
  • Conclude and edit the product manuals, installation notes, FAQ, or public knowledge articles.
  • Regularly provide product training courses to dealers.
  • Assist the R&D team to do the local test for the new product or function.
  • Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superior.


Qualifications:

  • University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience,major in surveying and mapping engineering or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Technical support experience in the construction machinery.
  • Good technical background with an understanding of key technical knowledge and ability to deliver complex solutions on-site and effectively demo/present to customers.
  • Good communications skills and ability to understand and transfer customer requirements to the team.
  • Collaborative work with related teams – Sales, Marketing.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish for written and oral communications.
  • Strong self-assurance, confidence, enthusiasm, energy, proactive, self-motivated, teamwork skills.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Self-standing capability with technical background/experiences.
  • Liaison capability with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction machinery and surveying sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support on company products, ensuring customers' needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote our products and services.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales or technical position in the construction, GIS and surveying industry is necessary.
  • Experience using construction engineering surveying products will be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Familiarity with surveying equipment, construction machinery, and related products.
  • Proficiency in the local language is a must; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to broader team goals.
