4. The agent has assisted in instrument calibration, and the static acquisition function is qualified.
3.5 The map function supports displaying South Korean cadastral maps
This feature is very important for Korean users, requiring support for displaying Korean cadastral maps and downloading WFS vector maps. Since it must be accessed under the Korean network, the feature verification has been completed with the remote assistance.
3.6 Compatible with Shift-JIS Japanese format
Shift-JIS is a Japanese character encoding format. If a sima format file uses this encoding, the APP will recognize it as garbled text. Previously, it was necessary to convert it to the universal utf-8 encoding before importing, but now it is compatible and can be imported directly.

3.7 Added Traditional Chinese and Thai
As long as there is market demand, the languages supported by the APP will increase.
Summary:
1. The APP already supports 21 languages;
2. When the APP is launched for the first time after installation, it will automatically select the corresponding language based on the Android system; if not available, it will default to English.
3. Many minority languages have already been optimized with the assistance of agents or sales. If you find inappropriate translations during use, please contact us, thank you.
3.8 Import / export supports SHZ compression format
SHZ is not a brand-new vector format. It is a format where all associated files of ESRI Shapefile (.shp/.shx/.dbf/.prj, etc.) are compressed into a ZIP package, and then the file extension is directly changed from .zip to .shz. The new version already supports importing/exporting this format.
Knowledge Expansion:
Currently, the shp files exported by Trion Survey include the first 5 files in the table above.
No. | File | Mandatory | Description |
1 | .shp | is | Main file, storing geometric data (points, lines, surfaces) |
2 | .shx | is | Index file, used for quickly locating records in .shp files |
3 | .dbf | is | Attribute table, using dBase format, stores attribute data (such as number, name, etc.) for each graphic |
4 | .prj | Recommended | Store coordinate projection information (such as WGS84, UTM, etc.) to facilitate coordinate identification |
5 | .cpg | Optional | Specify the character encoding (e.g., UTF-8, GBK) in the dbf file to prevent garbled characters |
6 | .qpj | Optional | Projection files specific to certain GIS software, whose function is similar to that of prj |
7 | .sbn/.sbx | Optional | Used for spatial indexing (primarily to provide acceleration for ArcGIS) |
8 | .xml | Optional | Metadata file, which describes detailed information about the data (such as source, field meaning) |
3.9 Optimized the function of Leveling Survey
For very large and regular plots, when collecting boundaries, the topographic survey mode is now supported, so that only the vertices need to be collected to quickly define the boundary.
3.10 supports turning off the radio function when configuring static
To save power for the receiver, when configuring static acquisition, you can optionally turn off the radio function, and when exiting static acquisition, the radio function will automatically turn back on. If you turn off the radio when starting static acquisition first and then configure the internal radio mode of the base station or rover, you can also turn on the radio.
The V10 series receiver has a low-power mode, which can be enabled in Device Info - Receiver Settings.
3.11 Supports hiding points after stakeout is completed
In large-scale point stakeout tasks, completed points are automatically hidden from the map to reduce visual interference, helping operators quickly lock in uncompleted targets and improve on-site stakeout efficiency.
Note:
1. Point type must be: Stake Point
2. Only measuring a point after staking to the target position is considered to have completed staking.
3.12 The V10 Septentrio version receiver supports quality indicator display
To showcase the advantages of Septentrio version receivers, enrich the display information, a quality indicator has been added to the tool for users' reference.
The information on the Web page built into the receiver:
1. Overall: Overall performance, determined by the lowest score
2. Main RF Power: Quality of power supply to the main antenna
3. Main Signals: Main antenna signal tracking quality
4. CPU: CPU margin
5. Scintillation: Ionospheric quality
6. Base Measurements: Base station quality

3.13 Add attribute information of known points to the Base Shift interface
Select a known point/base station point, and add an attribute button after the known point label. Click to open "Known Point Attributes", where Sigma N/E/U values are optional, with the fixed unit being m. After clicking OK, this known point will be added to the point library as an input point attribute. Meanwhile 1. When adding Input points/Stake points/Control points in the point library management, add the Sigma field; 2. The custom format of the export function adds 6 fields: Delta N/Delta E/Delta U/Sigma N/Sigma E/Sigma U. |
|
4. Improvements
4.1 Added upload percentage during cloud calculation
Small features enable users to have a clear understanding of operations. After clicking Cloud Clac: 1. Task upload shows percentage; 2. Task calculation displays cumulative seconds.
It is recommended that users use cloud calculation when performing image measurement: 1. The controller has low performance requirements, and it is only responsible for uploading data and viewing results; 2. The stronger the computing power, the more photos in the task, the more obvious the advantage; 3. The model has better quality and more stable results; 4. The calculation speed is faster, with an average calculation time of 1 second per photo. |
|
4.2 The preview zoom bar of laser measurement can be set on the left or right
To facilitate right-handed operation of image zooming, the scrollbar supports being moved to the right.
Regarding the laser measurement performed by the V10L receiver, a review of its functions: 1. Must be connected to Wi-Fi; 2. After activating laser measurement, the elevation setting will become invalid; 3. The recommended measurement range is within 15 meters; 4. A pole stabilizer can significantly improve measurement accuracy; 5. You can choose “Quick” mode to perform a quick measurement and obtain coordinate results quickly. |
|
4.3 Optimized the pop-up window setting logic
When starting a measurement, the APP will check whether the set antenna height is consistent with the antenna height last stored by the receiver. If they are inconsistent, a pop-up window will appear to remind the user to make modifications.
Version 2.1.6: Clicking the “CONFIRMED” button only closes the pop-up window without making any modifications, resulting in the pop-up window appearing every time a measurement is taken. Version 2.1.8: Clicking the “CONFIRMED” button will directly transfer the displayed antenna height to the receiver. |
|
4.4 Optimized the display logic of the arrow color for Stake DTM
The panel of Stake DTM has three color areas that can be customized, providing users with the most intuitive visual experience.
Area | Title | Color Description |
Left | Cut downward | Follow the set color |
Medium | Value | 1. Tolerance range setting is turned off, and the background color follows the color of the cut or fill status; 2. Tolerance range setting is turned on: 1) Use custom colors within the threshold; 2) Color following the cut or fill status outside the threshold |
Right | Fill upward | Follow the set color |

4.5 Optimized the area calculation report
Based on user requirements, continue to optimize the report template for area calculation. Each block is divided into:
1. Table numerical statistics, area units include: square meter (㎡) and acre (a), 1 acre = 100 square meters
2. Graphical intuitive preview.

4.6 Optimized surface file import
An XML-format surface file may contain multiple surfaces, and now you can freely select surfaces before importing.

4.7 Optimized duplicate import point names, supporting renaming and overwriting
Description: 1. Version 2.1.6: Coexistence, can only be distinguished by attributes such as import time and coordinates 2. Version 2.1.8: 1) Different type: No processing, allowing duplicate names; 2) Same type: Default auto renaming (1) (2) (3)..., with options to keep the same name points or overwrite points with the same name. |
|
4.8 Code template optimization, supporting custom point and line styles
If users have many codes to import into the project, they can download the import template from the APP, edit it in batches, and then import the file. Two templates:
1. Simple Template: Just input the type and name
2. Complete Template: Customizable point style, line style, surface fill style, and color.

4.9 Compatible with EG10/SG10 V10a receiver
The V10a receiver used in the EG10 excavator guidance system and the SG10 snow removal guidance system has a different configuration from the conventional one:
1. Appearance: off-white;
2. Work mode: default is Guide, optional Measure; after switching, the IMU needs to manually perform installation deviation calibration.

4.10 The V10 series receivers support switching Wi-Fi frequency bands
The V10 series receivers come with built-in Wi-Fi and now support switching Wi-Fi frequency bands. After switching, the receiver needs to be reconnected.
Note: 1. Default 2.4GHz: wider coverage, better compatibility; 2. Optional 5GHz: An optional higher frequency band reduces interference and meets the connection preferences of different users. |
|
4.11 Optimization of project list sorting by the first letter of the name (case-insensitive)
5. Bug Fixes
