What is Beta testing? 

Beta testing is an open access period for FJD Trion Model Web, giving users early access to new features while allowing us to refine and improve the product ahead of the official launch.
Is FJD Trion Model Web free during Beta testing? 

During the Beta phase, premium features are available with no subscription required. Some tasks may still consume Credits depending on usage, and for users who need more storage capacity, additional cloud storage options are available as well.​
How can I get an activation code?

You can request activation codes for the Data Processing and Interior Design modules by contacting us and leaving your details. Our team will get back to you shortly. Please note that during the Beta phase, access is limited and activation is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be a short wait before your modules can be activated.
How can I activate the modules?

Once you log into FJD Trion Model Web, go to your Profile in the bottom-left corner and open Authorization Management. Click Activate Authorization and enter your activation code. Once activation is complete, you’ll be able to see the available modules and their expiration dates.

Credits and Billing                                 

Why are credits and storage still charged? 

To deliver fast, reliable processing and high-quality results, some features are powered by advanced cloud computing and AI technologies. Credits and storage usage help support these resources, allowing us to maintain performance and continuously improve the platform.
What happens to unused credits once Beta testing is over?

Unused credits purchased during Beta testing will carry over to the official version and remain valid for two years.
Will credit pricing change after the  launch?

Pricing may change based on actual usage and infrastructure costs after Beta testing.

Data and Privacy                                 

What happens to my data after Beta testing?

Your projects and files will carry over to the official version.
Will my data be used for training?

No. Your data will not be used for model training without your explicit consent.
How can I share feedback or report an issue?

You're welcome to join the FJD Trion User Group, where our team reviews feedback and supports Beta users.
